The company is adopts customer requirements and customer satisfaction.And another one the company following Japanese and American standards, and also as soon as possible to get Deming award early next six months.

Dislikes

No on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. Sometimes want to more deviations for the major characteristics.

There is nothing good about the company everything is bad there is a lot of language barrier at least they cannot understand the Hindi and English even the supervisor and manager don’t know the English very discomforting work environment.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. The staff displayed a lack of professionalism and seemed in different to employee concerns. There were also significant safety issues that was unaddressed crating an uncomfortable work environment. Furthermore there was no skill development leaving employees feeling stressed in there roles.
