They will spoil your career and your life and even if you get a good job outside, they will give wrong feedback about you 2.The company owner and the management team are working in a different direction. If you are a manager, you will be sandwich in between them 3. The management team consists of all old aged people above 60 years of age and they are already retired from services of the company but they are only ruling and destroying the newcomer's career and life. For the past 6 years, no new comer is given job confirmation 4.
