Ya, it's good relationship between boss and team. There is a uniform for no difference between either VP and Executive. Are all equal inside the TVS.

Dislikes

Some few things is there, in our company temporary executive trainees they don't have work securities and unsatisfied salary. There is two different work pattern six day and five day pattern, I'm not ok that working pattern.

1. Poor work life balance, Employee always burdened with work, field person have to work even after the allocated official hours, the weekends are also occupied with work. 2. Some of the projects introduced in the field are only show off to the higher management, multiple projects running in parallel frustrates the employees due to e xcessive reporting of files day and night. 3.
