High pressure work loads can leads to stressed . Ineffective and un supportive management peoples.uncertainty about job stability and job security. Not receiving recognition for one’s efforts can be demotivating.an imbalance between work and personal life can be source of dissatisfaction.

TVs is very good and peaceful environment. I worked lots of years in this company...I like this culture. Food is extremely perfect. Respecting people is also very good. New learnings is excellent.

Dislikes

Any queries will come related women empowerment, HR will take series action. I m very worry about this above point.

As I am a mechanical engineer, I am happy to be working in a leading automobile company and in the field of my interest i.e, manufacturing. I get to learn a lot of new things and new technology through implementation, and enhance my skills.

Dislikes

The Work timings are long due to which i find very less time for other activities outside of work. I have to dedicate a complete 12 hours for work (7am to 7pm) including travel to plant location.

Work Details

I work in Assembly Engineering group-PED in mostly capacity enhancement projects, automation, new technology implementation & digitization projects. I get to learn a lot on the job, I get to interact with different departments and also with vendors.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
