I like team work at TVS Motor company. Our managers ,seniors , help us to learn more ways of work and give freedom to take decisions on our own conditions. After we have to talking working culture of TVS Is like a family member , all employees work under his seniors area heads , regional heads. some times happens the complaint of customers , dealers , like his personal complaints may not be solved, they took much time in special case.

I working as Hub Head or Retail Sales Representive at TVS Motor company Ltd. my work profile is to handle authorized Parts Stockist area which cover along 19 district or called mahakaushal area in M.P. With the help of sales team.
