No work-life balance, day & night always reviews happening and only targets targets targets. No additional benefit to employee . if you’ll do good things than no one will encourage/motivate….no leadership in the company….very toxic culture…even you need to beg for leaves !

All managers and assistant managers are irresponsible and they will assign lot of work and shift timing is 8.5 hours but they will tell stay daily 3 hour extra with no cost
