Likes

The commitments set by the top management are exceptional and are motivating. Lot of opportunities for self learning. Traditional in values and strong divine drive from the top management.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The middle management is poor and there is huge generation gap among the young talent and the middle management. Work life balance is non existent. Compensation is very poor. Traditional values hence discrimination can be evident for minority groups.
