Choose any department rather than technical Service It will be one man gameing and partiality will be there. You don't know to whom your reporting Technical head Doesn't have Knowledge in department level , he will be head shaker of higher officals , he won't talk anything about technical service department. In company no one will know about technical service engineer roles and responsibilities Will not get any type of help from HO level too. Report head blindly make markers at time of KRA without reviewing....Read More

There is lot of politics will be department level and also in management level Worst experience
