As a fresher, It is okay for employee to work.

Dislikes

Over timings, Office politics, Salary appraisal, Toxic work culture. They hire and fire employees with no reason. In this company, employer thinks like employee and employee thinks like employer in case of money. They charge employee for cake cutting, for kite (which costs 10/-). They don't pay PF for employees since many years. Employees are frustrated about PF money and left this company with empty hand (leaving PF)....Read More
