I have been working Tvisha Technologies for three years as a software developer where I always get my salary on time. There are also no hidden deductions or surprises in CTC. We even got high appraisals and regular bonuses for performing better from higher authorities.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about working in Tvisha Technologies because I feel it has a great corporate culture. It is the best company to explore myself.

I am grateful to work in Tvisha as there is perfect work life balance. I don't feel any pressure from my team lead or management during the submission of my work. There are no hidden deductions or surprise in CTC.

Dislikes

I am not at all disappointed to work in Tvisha. So I don't find any reasons to dislike working in it.

Work Details

I have joined here as a software developer fresher. We have great opportunities to polish our skills and get better chances to learn the latest technologies. I am learning to adapt to Tvisha's working environment.

Employees don't have to beg for salary hikes, when the time arrives HR will call you.

Dislikes

Building construction will play as your distractions, you have to bear it for a while.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
