Since its a small channel, you will be expected to learn a lot of things across different departments and contribute likewise. Hence you will learn a lot quickly.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very long work hours are a problem and it is quite difficult to get a leave. The pay is also very bad and there are no incentives at all. You will find very less job satisfaction and often the good work done by you is spoiled by others since its a team effort. Work is never ending while the pay remains the same.
