Without proper KT it is always expected to perform the work. My Boss, gives half information before starting of the task and asking me why rest of action is not taken without giving me full info.

Good people at junior to middle management levels while most of senior management is very approachable. South Asia business has strong support from parent company, ensuring high job security. Work-life balance is best in the industry.

Dislikes

Opportunities for skill development or learning are non-existent at the organization. Several instances of individuals being hired with a different JD, work on completely different roles / responsibilities. Strong back-scratching, unnecessary politics, back-stabbing and rumor mongering among seniors pollutes the culture and working environment. Some seniors appear to be low on ethics and compliance. I worked 1year and 6 months in a Finance department here, joining TUV was the biggest mistake of my life. Management is worst. Don't think of work life balance here. Only work, no life. In month end we use to work till 2am for 3-4 days. Workload is heavy. Very rude. It's a German MNC but environment is worst than local factory.
