Offered salary vs actual salary is totally different. Employee is forced to sign a contractual bond. If bond is not completed by the employee, company is deducting it from the salary. Also during notice period, 3months salary is on hold. They say Full and final settlement will be done on 45th day of last working day… however it maygo upto 90 days at actual. I short the employee has no salary for 6months...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
