One another Headach is they providing training & training even in Sunday also. after training they conducting exam . People can not take it seriously. Thay are not providing inspection calls nearer to Inspector Location. Providing Inspection calls in long Distance.

1. Too much deduction in claimed travel expenses. 2. Training is arranged on Sundays & sometimes in the evening (online) when the employees come back home tired. 3. Management especially VP & Operations Manager have no humanity at all. They make the employees toil every day by making them attend numerous calls during day time and prepare reports in the night. 4. In case if there's any complaint than none of the managers will support you. You'll be alone to face the wrath of the Client & even the management. 5. Theres no work - life balance as you'll be stuck in the work from morning until night. 6. The HR & office staff will enjoy on the money earned by harrassing surveyors by organising functions, lunch, dinners, festivals etc. Surveyors aren't even invited for such functions.
