Salary on time. Saturday off (that depends on your manager)

1. No work life balance. Forget about family time. 2. Total LALA culture on the name of MNC. 3. Auditors are not treated as humans. You can ask to any Auditors working here. 4. Poor Audit planning. Client and Auditors both are mentally frustrated. 5. Forget about sudden leave, you won't be able to take planned leave if you have notapplied 1 month before. Even in that also you have to request the manager. 6. You are expected to travel extensively PAN India. You will not know where you are going day after tomorrow. 7. Poor appraisal annually. 8. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
