I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of General Manager Mr. Soumyajit Maity and HR Manager Mr. Aloke Naskar. Mr. Soumyajit Maity frequently uses abusive language towards employees, creating a hostile work environment. His lack of respect for his subordinates not only affects morale but also hampers productivity. Instead of fostering teamwork, he demeans employees and disregards their contributions. Similarly, Mr. Aloke Naskar, as the HR Manager, is expected to ensure a fair and professional workplace. However, he dismisses concerns and believes he is always right, rather than addressing employee grievances effectively. His approach discourages open communication and trust within the organization. Such behavior is unacceptable in a professional setting and negatively impacts the overall work culture. I kindly request immediate intervention to address these issues and ensure a respectful and inclusive work environment for all employees. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to resolve this matter. Salary not sure every month ,there is no perticular date to get salary, TA is terrific if you claim as per expense proof ,you will get half or nothing ,Also not sure to get FNF after resignation

Nothing to like. You get hired, then all of a sudden VP Mr. Chandan Bose fires you. And Mr. Alok the HR is of no work other than skipping his communication.

Dislikes

Salary credits on end of the month. No fixed model of working. The Directors change their mind all of a sudden. The Recruitment Manager Nabaneeta convinces you to join, but when problem comes she stops responding to your calls. Please do not join this company.
