Dear all, I have worked tusti foundation for 1year in 2019. What I have learn there huge political game in every centers . Yes political issues is in every organisation but in tusti foundation not giving importance of work only politics are going on . If we see and observe tusti foundation is an educational institution if there are tussal between employees, trainer, operation team ,manager (ARUP )he is most third class person no quality he has only laughing , criticism the employees who are not buttaring in his back . Mr Director he is also not taking care about these things ,un necessary meeting calling in BELTALA Guwahati AND BRAIN WASH. This organisation totally NGO BASE and useless. No management decipline,rules and regulations. Salary also not good,if you are not from Assam then you will be in a big problem. The employees over there will make politics,using slang ,threating to you quit the organization....Read More

Third class organization, management. Huge politics ,no life balance,no improvement. Not from Assam then you will be in a big problem. Salary problem. Managers to director not good .
