Initially when I joined Turvo, the tech-crowd was good. Initial employee benefits were also very good considering the size of the company like health reimbursements, wellness day off was introduced in between etc. Flexibility of working from home/anywhere option is also one of the major factors I joined Turvo.

Off lately IMO, company's direction is not positive. Company was acquired and the product was unable to deliver the buyer's expectation hence There a lot of cost cutting measures, firings across all levels IMO, Current management is just not upto the marks. Company culture is not that great now

Until 2021, the company was thriving and considered one of the best place to work in every aspect. However, it has since deteriorated significantly. The entire management hierarchy has changed, and now it is filled with less qualified and unprofessional managers. The company was acquired by one of its customer, and subsequently, it failed to meet their expectations. This led to aggressive cost-cutting measures, including layoffs, frozen wages, and reduced benefits and perks. The atmosphere in the company has become highly negative, and many employees are seeking for new opportunities. Despite having strong tech stacks, there have been no recent developments, and the company seems to be in maintenance mode. The QE team currently faces challenges on repetitive work and lack of opportunities for innovation and skill development. The roles primarily involves in routine work and there is limited room for professional growth since they use some outdated frameworks. Additionally QE team lacks a standardised benchmarking process to enhance and streamline the existing process.
