It totally depends upon the manager, my manager in Turtlemint is very polite and supportive and because of that workplace feels better. If you work hard, you surely will get the benefits

There’s partiality between teams, half of the teams got Saturdays off and others don’t, which I feel is biased and this is one of the major reason that I am searching for a new job. Also there is extremely less paid leaves in a FY, no bonus, no perks at all
