Likes

The different exams and preparing the concept and the tests and teaching the students using the modern-day equipment are nice. But the treatment of the employee and the security for the job and the growth in the career is worse. There is a growth for this post in the market but not in this company. Especially in the universal program team that deals with foreign students and abroad courses.

Dislikes

The team and the work are absolutely fine. But the problem comes from the manager team who are not proper. They do not recognize the work of the employee. They don't even know their employee as well. Recognition is not there and growth for the post in the market is high and coming here you see no growth at all.

Work Details

The team universal program is the only minus point for the entire turito. There are other teams that work properly and have nice growth. The team universal program made themselves a mess and there will be no growth.

Dislikes

The compensation benefits can be even more better for the amount of work and the working hours, week offs need to be adjusted to either 5 days 9 hours or 6 days 8 hours.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
