Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good..appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus evry year..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address issues.

The culture of delivering results and constant hustle. This culture is desired my most start up to succeed but it’s hard to build. Kudos to the org Further the level of autonomy that this company gives to its employees is unprecedented. Given the scale of business 2000+ stores this is one key reason why tenure of employees is on higher side

The compensation is on lower side. All high and 30% med potential employees can get atleast 15-20% higher compensation outside

As a assistant restaurant manager we have to do entire thing Stock receiving . Inventory Cleaning (housekeeper) Even a driver . I don't believe we have to do all those store cleaning and stock receiving

Job security... And appraisal depends on your chamchagiri.. I run a store with very good KPI, Customer satisfaction and EBITDA was 20%, also food cost was very good. but I got only 7% appraisal... But one of employee got 9 %, everything is less than my store performance even EBITDA.
