No salary, no respect of faculty, they think that people who don't get job anywhere else come to Tula's for job. I mean go get a life. Teaching in college is very reputed job but institutes like these treat this profession for those who don't get anywhere else. I was very much passionate for teaching, pursuing phd, doing research. But because of this college I regret entering this profession.

They take one salary as security and never pay it back. Neither they give appointment and relieving letter.

Dislikes

Top management and dean management are insecure from PhD. To save thier postions they ask you to resgin if you are efficient worker. They play dirty politics against senior faculties to defame them.

Tulas has good infrastructure and has great potential to become top institution in Dehradun but it is not possible until they will get good top management employees. All the teaching and non teaching staff is young and non experienced.

They are very balanced in sense of career growth, salary, learning, innovation and work life balance. Tulas provide platform for oppurtunities and base for appraisal. A fair place to work if you are good at your work.

Dislikes

Management must interact with faculties as well instead of taking their feedback from higher officials and students.
