a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Everything, let me explain - Lets start with the Bosses (2 were their), their way of yelling & abusing is beyond acceptable, and yes literally abusing. It has third life work culture. If you move and went to nearby colleague to have some chat, they will look on cctv camera and will ask for the reason. I mean seriously. You cant do anything on your own. You will be ashamed infront of everyone whether you do your work correctly or not. Well i can continue more but is of no use would just request nobody to join here. Just said third life work culture. With no personal to professional life balance, no one will understand until they experience on their own, and i hope nobody has to do so.
