Management is very good. On time salary. Fix working hours.

Dislikes

Thier is not much educated engineers. Salary is less then average of engineers too. They treat engineer as a labour. Asign all kind of work to engineers which normal labour's does.

Only 2-3 people are good in behaviour ( Manager is helpful in nature)

Dislikes

Company supervisor treat engineers as a labour (Hamal). Technically their is no growth the superior is not helpful in nature. Company doesn't allow to leave you half day . They don't provide half paid leave. Engineers are treated as labour thier is not difference between uneducated labour and in engineer both have to do same work that also non technical. They don't provide evening Brk for tea or coffee. They just strictly give 30 min lunch brk only. 10 hours working culture compulsory....Read More
