A big No to this company. do not ruin your career if your values are honesty. A gossiping place that drives you helpless and frustrated. If you know how to say Yes to everything to the higher management, you will be selected and rejected otherwise. An old bureaucratic place where you will feel like you are the one having the problemwhile the existing employees put all efforts to remove any newcomer. JD is a secret thing here and HR talks pretty insightful way while ground realities are nasty. Pros : You will get trained even zero experience. Flexible timings (TIMB & CTC) Training through IIIC team- Appreciated. Easily u will get loan.

Cons : No benefits apart from salary. Really Culture is very different you will never see like this. Uncivilized canteen culture. No systematic approach. Still company people mindset in 1995. Still Using MS Excel 2003.
