Apart from the salary, company has been re-imbursing electricity bill, cooking gas bill & school fee of my children, bearing medical expenses of myself & my family members and for any health issues myself & my family members can meet the Medical Officer of the company at Occupational Health Centre of the factory or at the clinic of the said medical officer for which company bearing the consultation fee as well as expenses towards medicine . As the company is adopting the new innovations under robotics recently, there has been few areas to gain knowledge about the working principles of robotics.

Dislikes

There has been a lot of work pressure. Which is directly affecting the work-life balance. Compensation is not much. Lack of appreciation for the kind of dedication I have shown.
