Working environment is good. Training for fresher's is not upto mark. Job security depends on your role if you are employee it is good but as a contract labour no job life. Career wise it is good platform to learn if you are good at machines no other people will help u . Salary and appraisal depends on GM of company if you are good to him you can expect something if you don't have good relationship with him forget about increment. Travelling company provides cab only certain timings . Politics is as usual common in all companies . Yes learning depends on your skills if you involve you'll get idea other then that no one is bothered to teach u .work environment is best if you are good to labours and union team you can enjoy you work . I have explained everything above . In total good company but more politics . Best example is you will know how to survive outside if you go under their politics and you will learn how to react to others in other companies.

My designation as a manufacturing engineer was quite good my working environment was very good bcz of good relationship which I have maintained with co workers . Overall no work stress for me I have learnt a lot .One thing surely to say company is good.

I have been work in TTK Health care Ltd for four years.But company HR department said you will work in off roll one year, second year we are taken in company on roll saying but my life four years contact this is main dislike.

I am doing account payable(consumables and Raw material bill), petty cash handling(petty cash voucher passing),I made debit note & credit note, bank receipts, FG material dispatch, above all mentioned that works I am very well.

The company gives good opportunity to work. There is a lot of things that is there to learn about.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad and the manager does not value any feedback or suggestions. The company has a fixed mindset and even though they know of the shortcomings there is reluctance to change. Only people who are the manager favorite are given increment and promotions, there is no parity for work etc.
