TTEC was a good place to work. Primarily because I was lucky enough to be in a process that was working from home. I joined here as a Chat Agent for a leading US eCommerce business and within 9 months I was promoted to a trainer through IJP. TTEC and its management functioned like a well-oiled machine in a WFH setting. As agents, we were always with our team and leaders in a zoom breakout room which never made us miss office time. As a trainer - the entire training process of new hires happened over zoom and felt like real office work. Although my experience at TTEC was generally positive. I was very unhappy with the number of emails we had to send as a Trainer. Sometimes, even though we have already provided the information. My reporting head would still ask me to provide that information again. Even though they could have just searched their inbox to get that info from Daily Training Report. This redundancy in communication was unproductive, unnecessary, and often frustrating....Read More
