Overall it is a good company. You will enjoy until you are not in Verizon process as there is. Sales pressure also permanent night shift. Other process are good and company culture is also good. You will enjoy working if you are in any good process (non sales)

Currently working with British Council Management Services as a Video Call Speaking Supervisor (IELTS backend operations) Started as Greeter Proctor for the same company in June 2022 Worked as a chat associate with Ttec india pvt ltd Also worked as a production executive for a Pune based corporate events firm.
