I started working for the company during the Pandemic. Hence, it was WFH. Started with a 3 months of on the job training we were skilled for the eBay program which we were going to work for. Exhausting and Elaborate session it was (due to the wide and totally different policies). Have been tenured from the last 3 months, I can say that the work culture is pretty good and you can enjoy working here depending on the type of person you're. Dislikes

Actually it's about the lower management level that the teams dislike. They are sometimes confused about whether what they can do and what cannot. To be specific our manager specifically focused only BUSINESS, BUSINESS & BUSINESS. I think there is nothing in his life other than that. Policy of granting leaves were also not that favorable. We were told to take leaves planned atleast a month ago. Obviously, one can get leaves on medical grounds and family emergencies....Read More
