I liked the most in Truworth is the safety and security system of the company as I am a female so this is the most important thing which I found in this company, the complete environment is very safe and secure from my juniors to my colleagues all are very supportive and helpful to me. There is a lot of mismanagement and miscommunication. Salary is decent but career growth is slow, you won't see your calibre. Management can ask you to leave anytime they want.
