TIAPL has a good work culture. open to ideas and thoughts that can be discussed with senior management. Clearly documented and informed communication on company policies and processes.

Dislikes

No dislikes, However more approachable / communicable senior management would establish better platform from organisations growth perspective.

Good work life ..no unwarranted pressure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
