Trujet is best place for spies and rumor spreading people.

Very terrible and worst place to work there are no increments or appraisals, trainings, work culture, career growth and job security. None of the policies are implemented and they are only for name seek. No one knows why director will order to terminate any employee or order for salary deduction or hold of salary. Even management is k t send a person on LOP but will nor allow to apply there own leaves which are allotted to respective employee. HR will never relive any employee with proper relieving formalities. My humble suggestion to the aviation employees to change their respective career path rather that joining in Trujet. With that decision they are not only helping themselves but also saving their own family from mental and financial tensions....Read More
