Always insulting to employees.. Facility related rating.. Negative.. In Above all options negative ratings also needed..

In this place no any policy established. No PF, No mediclaim, unnecessary deductions, all this money robbed by Truelixir from employee's packages. Abusing language used by owners & shameful behavior towards their employees.. Overall don't want to rate this organization (I can't say the word 'company' this kind of place..)It's a big loss in carrier of every employee

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
