I don't like anything about this company. Not at all.

I dislike everything about this company. They terminated my employment, citing a seemingly trivial reason – "we have analyzed u don't think truelancer is for you." The salary is the worst; I never received my fixed salary as they consistently made deductions. You're allowed only one paid leave per month, and any additional leaves result in deductions. The company is rife with politics, lacks a proper hiring process, and imposes unrealistic weekly and monthly targets. There's excessive interference in interpersonal relationships; they discourage friendships with boys. Out-of-office behavior is harshly judged.
