I liked the way my manager used to understand my issues and she supported me well.

Dislikes

I had to left the company due to personal reasons and I had discussed it with director and they were agreed to release me with one day resignation however after few days I received a absconding email from their HR and later I received no response when I responded back by attaching my one day resignation email.

My overall experience has been good. Left as had another opportunity. I can say that you will be happy in work.

Dislikes

My only Problem was as the company has a limited amount of staff, chances of growth is limited too. Sometimes working at the same level for years makes you look for a change.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
