They will plan their work only after your resignation and implement good strategies after you resign. Till then region issue will be yours only... No matter how many times you write mail or ask support no one will care. Management is not good , in institutional division the senior person like GM, AGM is everything in this Division and BE/BM/RBM even ZBM/SM also nothing. If you achieving more than 100% budget then your increment is same as non achiever. And you forget for your promotion even you are 4-5 YEAR continuous achiever.
