Communication Culture is what I like very much, a fresh graduated like me feel quite lucky because I don't have to deal with the usual office's dramas. People always excitedly say "hello" when meeting each other, and "bye" when leaving. Another plus point is that the company allow you to where what ever you want (well of course not bikini or swimsuit) without anyone judging you.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
