It is a man driven company and no specific policy. Nothing is policy bound. Policy is only valid in paper. Even if the policy is not shown to everyone. There is no HR policy. No clarity on the job role. Most terrific, the HR team is a bogus. They don't maintain any confidentiality.The policies are not accessible to everyone. The hospital is a primary dispensary.
