Terrible Politics, crony systems, if you know how to butter the management then you can survive. Top management needs extra butter with cheese. Situated in extreme remote areas. Very unprofessional staff. High attrition rate and no job security.

It is a man driven company and no specific policy. Nothing is policy bound. Policy is only valid in paper. Even if the policy is not shown to everyone. There is no HR policy.
