If you want your career in creativity than its not the right place to work. Good ideas are not accepted. Dictatorship. Organization workflow is very bad. Work flow is disgusting.

Dislikes

Uneven salary disturbation. Biased approach towards employees. Not a good place to learn and grow, if you are seeking a career in advertising and communication. Most of the work done is copied from other agencies. Original ideas are not appreciated.
