Flexibility is there. No proper shift timings exist. The early you come the early you can leave office.

1. Huge office politics. 2. Create unnecessary pressure on QAs to take additional subjects even if they know nothing about that respective subject and after sometime they'll change it to different subject. 3. No skill set would be provided and learning is almost zero in this organisation. They expect you to do all the learning part r elated to job at home and not in the office. 4. No study material, support system, certification will be provided. 5. Monthly salary cycle starts from 25th of every month and your salary for respective month will be credited on 15th of next month. 6. The worst and toxic manager Hardeep Singh works in this company who will surely make your life a living hell as time passes. He only expects everyone to become workaholic and devote their whole 24 hours to company work only<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. My job is to provide academic assistance to students from USA. Also I am working as an internal Quality Auditor. Its a night shift job, so obviously my routine is disturbed for 5 days a week. But it's okay with me because I count the benefits.
