I don't know about the company policy,They are not mentioned in their job description that it's a commission basis job.Its like 4%.I got to know about it after I got my training.That time I was resigned from my previous company.So I just joined forcefully & understand myself.As my family depends upon me,I just feel helpless & demotivate.I didn't see this type of HR policy from my entire sales careers.. Don't dare to join in this company.Its clear that someday they will face cases in court.I took a decision that if they didn't give me my salary in time.I will put a resignation letter & will take all their Almirah from their godown to my Home..So that they will take a lesson.We have so much course in our heart.Jay Mahakal.He will decide....Read More
