I don't know about the company policy,They are not mentioned in their job description that it's a commission basis job.Its like 4%.I got to know about it after I got my training.That time I was resigned from my previous company.So I just joined forcefully & understand myself.As my family depends upon me,I just feel helpless & demotivate.I didn't see this type of HR policy from my entire sales careers..
