No proper response from the management. False information and statements given to Franchisee Owner's. Don't even look a proper premises and give approval to start a Franchisee office. Telegram App is patatic. Arrogant staff's work in App and out. No customer care at all. Once they picked up a booking they close there hands and showthe real face. Top management talks like head less chicken to the Franchisee staff's. The Franchise owners treat like a slave to the staff's. Don't give salaries at right time. Need to keep begging for our earn. Arrogant degrading over bossiness Attitude by the owners and management. Plzzzz don't work here. Majority of the complaints from the customers. Most of the customers lost their money booked with this stupid company. They themselves don't know anything and degrade other reputed travel company. Management never care of the FRN staff's. They just need money and leasen to stupid FRN owners. This company really don't know how to run Franchise office. Should be given proper classes....Read More
