Only one thing was good about working in this company is Shristi Mam and Brijendra sir they both were very supportive. No other was good to work with

In triotree there is a lot of politics between seniors and that creates a mess for junior employees. I worked there for a year almost and that was very horrible for me they did not give you the expenses you did at the client projects and they do not credit your PF & Funds mine 4 month PF is still in progress and 7000 rupees of reimbursement which is still unpaid. They pressurise employees to go to client but there is no facility of food and a decent stay. Also managers denied to talk and they do not even reply to the mails. I request not to join such a company in which there no proper functioning of any thing no one is concerned about the employees. At the projects you have to be awake whole day and night and work without any break but at the time of reimbursement they denies to pay your expenses....Read More

Nothing specific. Highly unstable and horrible software. You will just keep on working but software will never get stable. No sat,sun off when project release is there No comp off for weekends No holidays. Only 1 holiday per month. This 1 leave is ur cl/sl/el whatever you may call it. Hiring and firing as per will. No allowance for overtime. No weekend allowance. 12-13 hrs per day is common. If you are on client site,minimum you would be posted 6-7 months there,with no support from management. Join only,if you have no other option....Read More
