Teammates are very cooperative and helpful, on the job training is good but would need a better approach, there is always scope for further improvement,work environment is reasonably good, opportunity to work from home is allowed when requested with valid reasons. Your performance is the key for you job security and perks. Multiple domains to work on and gan knowledge.

Dislikes

The compensation is kind of decent for the kind of work load, but it's challenging, appraisals need to be more transparent and ​proportional to the efforts put in.
