Likes

Good Management running the organization skillfully over 2 decades. Compassionate and inclusion is the key culture. Transperent and very open communication. Good place to work great place to learn.

Dislikes

Some Stone Age systems are in place like RCT RCA which is fundamentally wrong and quite demotivating. Location monitoring via phone interface that affect right to privacy & also do not help in focus. Market insight by teams are not evaluated by the back end team and thus the management is in dark about market scenarios since last 2-3 years.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
