I have been working with Trinty Touch for 3 years now, and I haven't found any reasons for dislike. From the managers to the management team, everyone is supportive and always encourages you. If the company offers you a position, don't hesitate - grab the opportunity. :)

Poor Top Management/ Company Owners are pure Lala (24x7 CCTV camera monitoring on all offices with atleast 4 cameras in a single room, they watch every inches of the factory seating at home) then ask questions if found little relaxed in office.

The ownership of the subject's is handled individually which provides the sense of responsibility and enables you to learn (ofcourse limited to some specific sectors). The owners and top management used to show their sweet gestures by sharing sweet delicacies

It has terrible work culture and is not at all employee friendly. It follows a complete babu- culture. People associated with the company for years doesn't treat you as an employee but a subordinate who works just for that manager, irrespective of his/her KREA's. 1. TimeSheet : mon to sat working , with strict guidelines of completi ng 8.5hrs and also limitations in taking the half day with 11:00 am guidelines etc. Ofcourse HR doesn't tell you the details until you join , doesn't matter how hard you try. 2. You cannot get any thing delivered at office address.It becomes a problem for people living in PG or living alone. 3. There is no celebratory events conducted , apart from a puja which it conducted at diwali for the owners and co owners. 4. Favouritism is practiced. 5. Dress code (which is strictly formals all the days ) if violated is addressed indirectly from the co owners via the receptionist and not the HR itself , so it becomes embarrassing. 6.
