Micromanagement by Director, teachers get shouted at, sometimes near the students for very simple problems. Anyone who disagrees with the Director, even slightly, may get fired. Too many people have been fired at in the 4 years that the school has been functioning. Compared to other schools, leaves/vacations are deliberately made less. 9 hours working schedule.
